VACC Legal Councel Atty. Ferdinad Topacio explained that the supplemental complain includes
additional affidavits of credible witnesses based on the report of the committee on justice
of house of the representatives.
Ayon kay Atty. Topacio iminirapat nila na ilagay sa supplemental complain upang patibayin ang
unang complain at ipakita na kabaliktaran sa sinasabi ni De Lima na hindi Hear say, kung hindi
matibay dahil marami ang nagsasabi.
