VIRAL DUTERTE NEWS - IMEE : "RAMOS IS TO BLAME FOR THE HUMAN RIGHT ABUSES THAT MY FATHER COMMITED".! MUST WATCH THIS!

The daughter of Ferdand Marcos, the Philippine’s strongman, is now pointing the fingers at former president Fidel Ramos for the human rights abuses that the late President Marcos committed.

Governor Imee Marcos, the governor of the strongman’s home province of Ilocos Norte, told reporters at the mountain resort city of Baguio City both located in Northern Luzon, “ask Ramos.”

Imee answered questions on who was to blame for rampant abuses that led to killings and disappearances of human rights advocates and martial law opponents.

She did not elaborate but she was apparently also responding to the recent call of Ramos for the Marcos family to apologise to the Filipino people for the martial law abuses and to return the estimated $10 billion her father had plundered from the government treasury.

“Mayroon daw nagsasabi na kailangang (some are saying that there should be an) admission of guilt. Parang ang bigat naman kasi (it’s really hard) I’m not aware of any policy or any presidential order saying na kailangang gawin itong mga karumal-dumal na krimen (that there is a need for those heinous crimes).”

“In my heart, if in any way you have hurt someone, you should say sorry even if it’s not intentional, even if it was not policy. OK lang naman sa’kin, pero yung (it’s alright but this) admission of guilt.. unang-una, ang liit-liit ko noon. Paano ko i-a-admit, hindi ko naman alam (first of all I was still small then, how could I admit something I don’t know)?”
