President Rody Duterte personally commiserates with the bereaved families of two slain troopers, Cpl. Marzon Morales and Pvt. Oshin Rosala, during his wake visit at Camp BGen. Edilberto Evangelista Chapel of the Philippine Army’s 4th Infantry Division in Cagayan de Oro City on March 3, 2017.
Cpl. Morales and Pvt. Rosala died after a series of encounters with the New People's Army (NPA) in Misamis Oriental on February 27-28, 2017.
