Manila - On June 30, Mar Roxas posted on his official Facebook account his message to former President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino the time when he will be leaving his office as president of the Republic of the Philippines.

"Hi sir Noynoy Aquino (P-Noy), I just wanna say - not that you need to hear this from me, haha - you did good for our people and our country; you definitely are leaving things better off than you found them. I am proud to have been part of your journey and proud, too, to have been entrusted to carry on in these last elections. Maraming maraming salamat po. God bless you po. Surely your parents are pleased and proud!"

Being the presidential bet of Liberal Party, Roxas extends his gratefulness to Aquino though he lose the presidential race on the May 9, 2016 election.

Majority of the Filipinos doesn't believe that Aquino has done enough for the country and some believes that he doesn't made the Philippines better during his reign as president.
