The camp of Senator Delima went to the supreme court to question the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court Orders to arrest and detain the lady senator in connection with here legal drug case.The Lawyers of Delima files of petition asking the immediately issue of status anti order to nullify the arrest warrant commitment order issue by Judge Juanita Gerrero of Muntinlupa. Delimas Lawyers argue trial court order to arrest the senators illegal.
